1989 yılında İstanbul, Beyoğlu’nda doğmuştur. 2006 yılında İstanbul Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü’nde okumaya hak kazanmıştır. Lisans eğitimi döneminde Ankara merkezli TURKSAM akademik çalışmalar yapmış ve Cumhuriyet gazetesi ekonomi servisinde stajer olarak görev almıştır.

1959 İstanbul doğumlu.A.B.D.'de Siyaset Bilimi ve İktisat eğitimini tamamladı. BDDK Başkan Yrd. olarak kamu hizmeti yanında, bankacılık ve özel sektörde üst düzey yöneticilik görevlerinde bulundu. Bu görevleri yanında Işık Üni. Yard.Doç.Dr. olarak Öğretim Üyeliği yapmaktadır.
